Jafer Lawyers was established in 1997 by Elvis Jafer and Ursula Simpson.
Jafer Lawyers is a boutique law firm with a team of experienced staff. We give personal attention to our clients.

We are committed to providing practical and quality legal advice in a prompt, cost effective manner. Elvis Jafer

Elvis Jafer, the principal of the firm, completed a Bachelor of Laws Degree and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree at the University of Melbourne, and was admitted to practice in 1984.
He has worked in country, suburban and city legal firms and has managed his own practice for over 15 years.
Elvis has expertise across a comprehensive range of legal areas including commercial law, property law, family law, wills and estates, criminal law and litigation. Elvis consults carefully with his clients to determine their needs and find the best course of action.

Ursula Simpson

Ursula Simpson is a legal executive with over 30 years experience in all aspects of property law including:
